Is this a new build? If not have you moved your PC recently?

1) Do you have standoffs behind the motherboard?
2) Did you plug in both the 24(20) pin power cable and the 4 pin 12v cable?
3) Do you get beating sounds?

Many factors can come into play.
It can be your card, pins, ram, monitor cable, etc..

You'll basically have to test everything. Post up on update and maybe the forum can help you work it out from there.
