Computer will not boot

I have a puget desk top. After having it 11 months the following happens.
Everytime I shut down, and later try turn the maching on, power comes on but it does not boot up. To get it to boot, I have to force shut down, unplug the machine and re-plug and then it re-boots. I have to repeat this process everytime after shut down.
Any suggestions.

Sounds, to me, like a bad battery on the board.. if the battery were bad, or going bad, it could cause partial (temporary) data loss in the bios.. unplugging the power source would reset cmos to it's default state, and your PC would most likely boot as normal.

Try replacing the cmos battery on your motherboard and see if that solves the issue.

I did replace it and it seems to work as long as the computer is not off for very long. Over night, it again does not re-boot. It does re-boot if I shut down and re-start soon after ward.
Does this indicate anything?
