Computer will not boot

3 days ago i replaced the motherboard in my desktop computer. Everything was fine until last night when i went to turn my computer on. It turned on but the monitors would not turn on and there was not anything like the normal screen that said ASUS. Also the fans on my graphics cards are running at full blast meaning that it is not starting the drivers for them. The light for the HDD is also solid i don't know if this is because it is accessing the HDD that much or if it is a problem with the mobo again. The weird thing is that it was working fine until that day. If anyone has any idea whatsoever please respond as soon as you can.

Start by reseating all hardware such as video card, ram, power connectors, IDE and Sata cables and see if it boots up. If not then start removing the power from devices you really don't need like cdroms, and hard drives and see if it will turn on for you. If not, then start removing memory sticks leaving only 1 in at a time to see if you have a bad memory stick. next I would try a different power supply to see if it boots. After that, your basically looking at possible cpu/motherboard problems. Hopefully that helps you.
