Computer Will Not Start

Alright, here is what my computer is doing. I start it up and it goes through the Gigabyte post screen, then I get one Bios Beep, which I believe means "all good." Then it goes through a black screen with some text, like normal, then it goes to a blank screen, and it just sits there indefinitely. Here is all the things I have done/seen recently that I feel could be related.

-I changed my videocard from a NX8800GT to a GTX 260 (see PSU)

-My HDD has been revving up REALLY high at startup, I think it is higher than it normally does, but I can't say for sure. It doesn't sound like it revs up all that high now. (Thus, my posting this in this section)

-I downloaded RivaTuner and Gigabyte's Eastune to examine temperatures. I don't know these programs very well, so I am not sure whether or not I overclocked anything with them, regardless, I only had the programs on for a maximum of 30 minutes.

-I ran 3DMark Bench marking software.

-I went into the Bios and change me computer from "auto-wake at 6:00am to auto-wake at 7:00am"

That is all I can think of that I have done recently. The computer did not crash or anything, before I went to sleep I did that Bios change and it wouldn't complete startup. Any help would be appreciated.

Alright, here is something I noticed last night but forgot to post, probably the biggest indicator of a problem. Gigabyte's motherboards have 5 (I think) lights that indicated power usage, they're located by the RAM. They are on immediately at startup, and last past the POST screen, and through the screen with the text and whatnot. Then they shutoff completely, but the computer sounds like it's idling fine, but, as previously stated, it does not start.

Even more info...I attempted to start the computer in Safe Mode, it loads all the way up to "giveio.sys" and then it stays there...indefinitely.

Alright, I fixed it. I had to remove the battery, connect the clr_cmos jumpers to clear the Bios. Somehow that small change I made must have corrupted it.
