computer wont boot on first try, restart then system recovery..?

For some reason everytime I boot my computer up after a couple of hours or so after my computer being off, it takes me to a blue screen or restarts and makes me do a system recovery to get on. Basically I have no idea where this problem is coming from and I need some help localizing what the problem is. Ive heard some talking about copying dump files but im not sure what that means. Thanks.

Mine did that when the Ram was bad. Try taking a stick or 2 out (depending on what you have) and see if that works.
