computer wont boot up

hi i have a problem with my emachines desktop
when i turn it on the fans start up but nothing else does
any ideas what it could be?

I had a friend with the same problem. the computer was just too dusty, after i blew out all of the dust, it turned on. The problem was there was too much dust between the cpu and the heatsink. So just try cleaning the inside of your computer

If there is any beep sound, chk your ram. If it doesn't, check the cpu..
