Computer wont boot!

i know you have said you've checked eveything but im thinking its the ram? because thats happened to me before on two occasions but on one of them it would beep constantly

I took the vid card out and ran integrated and still no boot...ive took each ram stick out and ran with just 1 of each but haven't took both out. Wouldn't it be weird for them to both fail at the same time??

What motherboard are you running?
Edit: I'm almost certain it is your ram. Try reseating them in different slots

tried ram, different ram, reset cmos, nothing. I get no video output at all. After the keeps it acts like its booting up and the keyboard and everything are on. The power light is flashing like it does in standby. hmmmmm processor? I don't think it could be psu because all of the psu lights are on but idk.

Is the exact beep code BEEEEEEEEEP Beep beep(long short short)? If so then i think that Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information. So... something with gpu i would imagine, have another gpu to try?

No I don't have another to try but i took the video card out and tried integrated. I think the integrated or something to do with video on the motherboard has gone out because I saw on one forum that even if you have a graphics card if the integrated goes out it wont boot.
