I think I got a virus on my computer so now when I turn it on, it checks the memory, then goes to the Safe Mode screen. If I click any of the selections it freezes. I don't have the my OS disk anymore but my Hard drive is partitioned. Can I make my computer boot from the Slave drive (I think the OS is on that too). How do I get working it working again? I dont know much about computers...help!

Yes, When my friend built it ( a while ago), I recall him saying that he installed the OS on the D: (slave) drive. I just dont know how to make it boot from it. Also, I dont know how to make sure its the OS system issue or the entire computer. Id hate to buy a new OS and it be something else.

It freezes before it even gets to the Windows screen. It does the memory check, then goes to the Safe Mode start up, but freezes no matter what option of start up I choose.

Your going to have to go into the BIOS and change the boot configuration. But in the mean time, restart the computer again and see if it starts normally without going into safe mode.

Shut the system down, then unplug all cables on the back of the computer except the power cord. Try and restart again.

A "Powered by Soyo" screen comes up with Main Processor info, CPU Temp, etc, and then says "Keyboard Error or no Keyboard present"

Shut down, unhook the power cord, remove the side panel, ground yourself out by touching the metal part of the case and remove one of the data cables on one of the hard drives. Reconnect the power and restart.
