computer wont open anything HELP ME

Im sorry if im posting in the wrong section.
I Am seeking hep please.

On my computer i click on any icon, AIM, Lemonade tycoon, swish flash, any exe, it says the patch or file may not be correct.
When i try to load control panel actions, it sid it cant find some .dll file.

i ned help....


please reply.
 
try restoring windows to an earlier time, if that doesn't work put in your boot disk and try repairing your installation, if that doesn't work, then you might have to reformat
 
more information would be helpful, for example what OS you're using and the exactly message of the errors you get
 
I would stick your windows cd in and restall windows without a format. windows will be a fresh copy and all your personal data will still be there.

that should fix the problem, you will need to redo all your personal setting.
