I've been having this problem for awhile and actually went away for awhile but came back recently.........
For whatever reason, when ever i restart my computer, I get a 'no signal' from my monitor and I don't hear it post. I figured it might have been from my OC but, like I said, it had gone away up until recently. I also figure it has to do something with the power because I don't think it came back until I messed with the power schemes but even with them back to their original settings, it still does it...........
