Computer Wont Show Anything

Can this be my Video Card? I turn on the computer 6 beeps come up, and nothing shows up on the monitor...

I have everything connected but the keyboad I need to buy one, Also I once took out the rams and put them back in... What can it be I use to never use the computer I come and try to use it now and look what happens Its a dell Intell penduim 4.
 
Most dells have 4 troubleshooting lights on the back of the case, see if yours does and let me know what color are the lights. I need colors of lights 1-4 in order for specific troubleshooting.
 
oops forgot to ask what model of dell is this? Make and Model please. But i'm thinking those lights are standard anyway on all dells.
 
I don't know what model it is.. the make is Dell intell lol I dont know too much about computers how can I find the model? It looks like this

Ok, from what I have seen so far, those lights represents a memory problem. Try taking the memory out and reseating it.
 
I've tried over and over thats what I thiink the problem is because I onced took out the rams and then that started hapening. I took out the rams and switched all the spots what else should i do?
where should it go in the white spot or black spot?
 
Do you have 2 sticks of ram? Put them both in the same color slots so that they run in dual channel mode.

Also, see where the power button is? There is writing in that little circle telling you what model it is. Let me know what it says.
 
They didn't tel me but i read on there site that it said take every ram stick out and put one in each slot turn on computer and see what it dose i did with both sticks and it still beeps.... What can it be..
 
Did this just start out of the blue? Or did you add anything to the system or anything? Were you inside the case for any reason? You can also try taking the cmos battery out for a few minutes and then putting it back it to see if that helps any.
 
No about 4 years ago i took the rams out for no reason and just put them back in i was stupid only was about 11 years old. Ever sins then it did the problem and i just left it and now i found it laying in my basement and i decided i want to use it to learn off it but when i turn it on that happens... on the rams it says void if removed... is that bad??
 
The warranty on the sticks of memory will be void if you remove the sticker... Not knowing what you were doing 4 years ago, you might have done something bad to the motherboard. Take a can of compressed air and blow out the memory slots. And also do as I suggested in an earlier post and take the cmos battery out for a few minutes and reinsert it and try booting up and see if it works then.
 
Ill try that when I get back into my office. I might just sell this computer or the parts for a very low price.
