For a long time now, ever since I've had my computer, once in awhile it would freeze on the Windows XP loading page. All I would do is push the restart button and 90% of the time it would start up just fine.

Well last night it froze about 20 consecutive times. Finally I turned it off and waited until the morning. Now the morning has came, and the damn thing still won't turn on. However, now I think my constant restarts messed something up. When I turn it on now, nothing comes up on the monitor and the computer beeps at me every 5 seconds. I don't really know what to do here, will a Windows disc help me out here?

*btw - I have a nongenuine version of Windows.

you might try restarting your computer in safe mode and then do a sytem restore, if that works then transfer your files and then I would reinstall windows.
