Computer Wont Start Up

Yesterday i tried to update my bios because Nvidia told me it might help with the graphics issue i am having. So i updated it then i tried to re-start it and now it says Error Loading OS. There is no way for me to get my computer to start. I am in serious need of help. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Perhaps your BIOS isn't configured correctly after the flash. Go there and be sure your hard drive(s) are configured, or at least set to auto.
 
a friend of mine had this problem but only because he was running a raid 0 a bios update destroyed the raid and im sorry to say but if that is what has happend to you then you will proberbly have to start again.
 
Well thank you very much my 2 hard drives were switched and that is why it would not start. I am so thankful for this site you guys solve all my problems. THANKS!
