computer won't start

I've had this computer for a while. I7, see and dual monitors. I blew it out and plugged everything in. I see it getting past bios then window logo and sound like it's at windows. Then blank screen. Starts in safe mode only. Not sure where to start.
Thanks for suggestions comment is from my tablet.

If it works fine in safe mode then its sounds like its a driver issue. Boot back into safe mode and uninstall video driver then boot to regular mode and see it works. If it does, then install lastest video driver.
 
Thanks John. I deleted the video driver and booted fine into windows. Went to update driver and said it would have to reboot. I did but same black screen. I will do again in the morning. Had a long trip back from Canada. I will try downloading driver then installing. Guess that will work. Says AMD R 7850.
