it work and everything in the 1st pci slot i used. i took the graphics card out why it was off then i plugged back in then i put it back on and then nothing would come up on the screen then i plugged it into a a different pci slot and it started working then it came up with a blue screen then i reinstalled windows and now the screen goes to black when i turn it back on im probaly going to reset the bios to factory value then try it but im not sure if the hardware is going to work ineed some help anyone have any advise.

Pull out your CMOS battery (looks like a watch battery) from your motherboard with the computer unplugged. Wait a few minutes and press the power button a few times to discharge any extra power. Reinstall the battery after a few minutes and see if it boots.

Why did you pull the GPU out in the first place?

that did the trick but the screen was all fuzzy im not sure if ill ever get it

What GPU do you have? If it's factory overclocked it may be unstable and will need to be RMA'd (happened to me).

Otherwise, make sure it's properly seated. Try resetting the CMOS as stated above, and if you have integrated graphics, get the drivers before booting with the card.

Show us a picture of what it looks like. You can upload an image to somewhere like imgur or Flickr. You'll probably need to take an actual picture and not a screenshot.

I got it i just cleaned the graphics card off and it worked but the creepy thing is is that its not working again im wondering if it has something to do with the ram
