Configure Wireless On PS3 For Linksys WRT54G?

im going to a friends house who is having this problem they have them connected wirelessy but when the ps3 is in use the network gets disconnected

i know theres a guide and way to fix this and set it up correctly so im looking for someone to post a good guide on how to do this so the ps3 can use online and the network also can without pushing each other off

i would disable security on the router temporarily to see if that could be causing the issue. Check all your network settings, make sure it receives ip address automatically.

You may want to look into the firmware for the router and see if there's a more updated version out. The PS3 shouldn't be doing that, but that router is a little bit older model, so there may be some conflicts going on that a new firmware fix would solve.
