Configuring QoS for gaming

Hello C-Forum,
I have been having a lasting problem connecting to a game server. Through tons of trial, error, and research i have tried pretty much everything to solve the issue, but today i was told the fix was to set up QoS priorities to my gaming pc.
The problem lies within the router i am using, ive tried port forwarding, among other things to correct the issue.

This leads me to ask the fine people here at computer forum to help with my difficulties setting up QoS page in my router because i have no idea what im doing.

Here is what i see on my router's page for QoS parameters. If anyone can guide me through the rest of the settings it would be appreciated.

Also the filters page

Edit:
Apparently the game servers only accept an uplink buffer under 2700ms, which is why i am experiencing reconnect issues.
Would setting up a QoS help at all?

I don't see any pics.

QoS is a technique that prioritizes packets. So if your connection is under heavy load it might be able to help some. If the internet connection is idle for the most part. It probably won't change a thing.
