Configuring Windows Features stuck at 15% windows 8 dell laptop

yeah sure, windows 8 stuck at 15% says Configuring Windows Features.
Brand new Dell laptop

was stuck for two hours, so I held down the power button and did a hard reboot.

Came back on at 7% and went up to 15 again now for half hour.

What if it wont make it through 15% overnight?

It wont go into windows with a hard reboot????

Guess no one knows?

That is okay I left it on all night and woke up to it finished and running fine.
I got rid of the pre installed mcafee though that was making it run like a windows 95 OMG
