Conflicts between avira free antivirus and comodo products

I'm using avira free antivirus currently. However I think there are more I can do to protect my pc. Then I found that comodo's products can be installed separately.
Here's the question, are there any conflicts between comodo internet security and avira free antivirus? Or I should just install the comodo firewall only?
p.s. I'm using window 7 now

You should only have 1 antivirus program installed at any given time. They will conflict with each other and use up system resources which you don't want.

You can install Comodo's firewall if you wish, just keep one A-V at all time. You can't have two as they will conflict with themselves. You can also add as many anti-malware (malwarebytes, adaware etc) as you wish.

I recommend the following:

• Avast A-V (free version is more than enough)
• Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free version)
• Windows firewall

If you stay off obscure websites you'll be fine.

^ +1 to Avast and Malwarebytes. I'd get rid of Avira and replace it with Avast.

If you are running Windows 7, Then just use Comodo Anti Virus, Thats all you will need. If you are running Windows XP, Then you can use Both Comodo AntiVirus and firewall..
