Confused about USB sizes?

I'm decided to buy a USB Bluetooth adapter for an older PC Desktop to add Bluetooth Headphones, but then I see they also have Mini, Micro, and Nano advertised.

Now that I see they have micro sizes, I’m thinking about also adding a USB Bluetooth adapter to a cheap Android tablet. Since I can only see a photo of them on line I can't figure out which one I need for the tablet.

OH Boy! I just noticed that the Cable Matters Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy USB Adapter is only listed for Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista/XP. Does this mean it IS NOT for Win 10? Now I'm really confused because I just don't understand how this could be unless the specs haven't been updated. So I guess I need to look for another USB Adapter

OK I guess I found the answers myself. Just in case anyone else wants to know the Difference between Micro USB and Mini USB follow the link or check out the photo below. I’m just assuming but I guess the Nano is smaller.

Do you have specific links? I would assume they're just talking about the physical dimensions of the adapter while using the same square USB connector

Well I was just on Amazon and they have a "Plugable USB Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy Micro Adapter" that is Windows 10 compatible, but it looks like a regular USB plug from the photo. It says “Micro” which is really confusing, but I found out it is actually a standard USB after reading all the questions about it. Wow now I know why I’m so confused.

Also, someone on Amazon said they don't have a real micro Bluetooth adapter because he has been searching for one. So I don't know if I can add Bluetooth to my cheap tablet, but it's not a great loss because I do have a 4G Android tablet with WiFi and Bluetooth. I just have to remember to take it upstairs to bed every night where I listen to Pandora at night. Its just easier to keep the cheap tablet upstairs, but I have to use a long cord for the headphones.
