I have found a cable that will let me plug my speakers into 2 outputs at once so that I can leave my desktop plugged in and play other stuff through the speakers. If I have my desktop on and play something from my ipod, could this damage my desktop sound card? So far I have only played music from my ipod while my desktop is off.
