Connecting a switch to a wirless modem

Hi :D
Can I connect a cisco catalyst 2820 switch to my thompson speedtouch wireless modem which has 4 lan connections on the back then connect all my pc`s to the switch instead of lan connections on the modem? If so, what cables go where? :confused:Is there a manual for the cisco 2820 switch ? Any help would be really appreciated.;)

OK, Well you just use a CAT5 cable to go from 1 port on the modem to 1 port in the switch.

Then just connect the other computers to the switch.
 
Thank you Cohen. By that am I right in assuming that you mean one of the 24 ports on the front of the switch too one of the LAN ports on the modem? I`ll give that a go. Thank you very much. :D
