Connecting laptop to TV

I have a Dell laptop that has no S-Video connection, only a VGA out. My TV is analog, and the only way to connect to the TV is via RCA.
Are there any cables that one can use to connect the laptop to the TV, either via the VGA or through a usb connection on my laptop?

um there is a Cord that you acn buy which is VGA to RCA with a circut intergated to get it to work but because its analoge it will be crappy picture
