Connecting Laptop Wirelessly

I just got a laptop, and I'm trying to connect to my internet at home. It connects but it always says limited connectivity and the Internet Explorer doesn't work?

Do you have a WEP key if so make sure u type it good because if u dont it will stay as Limitet connectivity , make sure u typed the correct TCP IP addreses (if u use them) try these if u dont find solution write again ill be here
 
the WEP key is correct that i typed. I dont know what a TCP/IP is. It seems to connect, but it stillkeeps saying "limited or no connectvity"
