I have a router Technicolor currently configured to my HP laptop with no issues. Gateway address 192.168.1.1 I have an old PC that runs Windows 2000 Professional.
I can not access the internet. My router recognises the connection via ethernet cable to the PC. The PC does not recognise the router.
any help would be appreciated.

Regards
Mick

What does this actually mean? Base Win2k probably doesn't support the cipher suites of most modern sites like google, you probably shouldn't be browsing the internet with that anwyay.

I have tried Internet explorer. I can not access the router through 192.168.1.1 on the PC. I have tried the network configuration through LAN but with no luck
