connector advice please

I need to connect two cables together as I do not have enough on board USB places.

I have installed a USB card reader in the PC and need to connect an internal reader to the USB card in the expansion slot in the PC by routing the cable out of the back of the PC

Please can someone tell me what adaptor/connector I need to join the two together.

I didn't have much luck finding a specific usb header coupler, although if you had any IO pins such as for DIY SBC projects then you could bridge each pin directly.

Alternatively you could splice together like-for-like wires.
