Hi,
I really need help. Can you please help me quickly!
When I turn on my computer I land on the login page and it says: a problem has occurred and your pin is not available. click to set up your pin again.
And when I press: configure your pin again. it says: Do you want to search for an application in the store?
and when I say yes nothing happens.
Can you help me I'm stuck I have no access to my computer

Did you have a pin or a password to login? Sounds like a windows update came through and screwed up the login.

Yes normally I have a pin password. And no I don't think so. Because I modify a settings about boot safe and when I restart my pc I m blocked here

Then hopefully you can access advanced recovery. Press and hold the shift while pressing on restart. Once inside advanced recovery try doing a system restore to before this happened.

Undo whatever you change you made? Was it within Windows or in the BIOS?
