Conserned about PSU ability to power system

I have got a NesteQ 500W PSU laying at home, and Im at this moment buiding a computer for a friend. Will the PSU be strong enough to run this system:

Motherboard: GA-MA790XT-UD4P
CPU: Phenom II X3 720
RAM: 4 GB Kingston DDR3
GFX: XFX 260GTX
HDD: Western Digital 500 GB

Haven't heard of the brand of PSU. Don't know its quality...
Normally, a quaility 500W should about to power up that machine.

I have never heard of that brand of power supply so I can't say if it's a quality component.
