Got a question for anyone who knows. A girl here at the office is having problems with her computer. When we go to shut it down, it doesn't shut down. Windows closes, and we get a black screen, and a constant beeping noise. I'm not sure of the source of the noise, but if I had to guess, I would say the motherboard. We then need to shut it off using the power button, and it shuts off immediately, I don't need to hold it in. Why is it making this noise? What can I do to fix it?
