Constant Trojan Pop-up

Hi, ive been have a Trojan constantly pop-up on my computer and Nortan Antivirus constantly deletes it but it keeps on comming back. Does Anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks for your help, and yes i like keeping my desktop clean :D makes boot up speeds quicker. The Log file From HijackThis is listed below:

No cause for sarcasm here, you just don't understand a few principles of malware... you can't assume that the computer has just that one piece of malware and nothing else, (that's usually not the case). So to do a fix for a specific malware and not looking wholistically at the problem, does the person no good whatsoever. Experience in these matters are warranted for those involved, thus the #3 & 4 rules linked above. Please let Buzz finish with the fix..
 
Nothing apparent in your log. Try this, download these programs.

Killbox.
Ewido.

Unzip to the desktop. When installing Ewido, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu". Update it but don't run it yet.

Open the Killbox. Copy and paste the following in the "Full path of file to delete" box.

C:\Documents and Settings\Peter Baraian\25222.exe

Select "Delete file on Reboot", then hit the red button with a white X in it. Reboot when prompted into safe mode (tap f8 on startup).

Once in safemode, do a full Ewido scan. Reboot to normal mode and see if Norton is still flagging it.
