well, a 9800GTX is obviously better than the 9600GT in your first link. and the 2nd one is overclocked a bit so there'll be a slight performance increase over the two other cards.

as for the 4850, they say it's a good card. maybe someone else could share their opinions on this subject. i myself isn't to familiar with ATi. ;)

I don't know. Well you're limited to the 9800GTX because you only have 34A on the 12V rail. And I didn't see any 6-pin connectors on that PSU. The 9800GTX requires 2 (usually comes with either one or two 2 4-pin to a single 6-pin adapter), and the 4850 requires 1 (usually not with a 2 4-pin to 6-pin adapter). Unless you buy an adapter, buy the 9800GTX but make sure it comes with 2 adapters.
