Content filtering

whats a good software to:

block content such as mp3,porn, etc.. at the same time
users need to authenticate to use internet
meaning no username & password = no internet

i will install this on a win2003 server.
server already setup now looking for software to get the job done.
I excluded a router because somehow msn cant connect !!

So this would be set up on a server not client computers? If it was clients you could try K9 filtering.

Or if you don't mind using Linux (which I doubt) and beta software you could try Poesia.

linux was my first option but i couldn't get my dhcp server working each time i start the service it failed, so thats why i had to use windows 2003.
yes this will be on a server

i tried net nanny but it corrupted along the way of installation, so i cant use it..still googling for some good software
