Pre-Sale Repair Consultation / Contract for Services
For and in consideration of the terms of this Pre Sale Repair Consultation / Contract for Services and Client agree as follows:
1. I, Joseph K. Perry, (Joe’s Computer Repair) agree to perform a Repair/service of the Subject Property:

2. The Pre Sale Repair Consultation will consist of a one-time show of the proof of the HDD size, memory, and CPU. As I proceed I will verbally give the amount, as well as show the owner, the memory, etc. There may be circumstances where I will recommend other repairs that I will contact the owner, and suggest these items, and/or repair them with the owners written consent. Joe’s Computer Repair will not provide this information to any third party companies/persons unless specifically authorized by the Client, as well as signed consent.
3. I encourage the Client to ask questions and take notes. The fee for any other repairs will be added to the final receipt, or another receipt NOTICE: this will add onto the final price, or become a new receipt.
4. The Client hereby agrees that Joseph K. Perry, (Joe’s Computer Repair) shall NOT BE held liable in any way for future defects in material in the subject property, the manufacturer WILL be held liable for any device failure, for any other damages, will be repaired by Joe’s Computer Repair, for an extra charge. If any court or arbitrator finds any portion of this contract invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. This contract shall be binding and enforceable on the parties hereto and their spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and representatives of any kind whatsoever.
5. The fee for this Pre Sale Repair Consultation is $____. ___and is due on site at the completion of services.
6.Warranty: Joseph K. Perry, (Joe’s Computer Repair) guarantees that the above said property, will be non-defective in workmanship, or quality that was not caused from the supplier, and Joe’s Computer Repair will repair the SAME problem at no charge to the owner, at the owners most convenient time for repair of the defective property
7. The warranty, expressed above, will be held two (6) months from ________/____/______, after the said date, the repair for the above problem will require the owner to pay a new fee

Two years is a long time, but that is up to you

Thats just what I noticed skimming through it though

4. The Pre-Sale Repair Consultation will consist of a one-time determination of the HDD size, memory, and CPU. Once evaluated the owner will be advised of the memory, etc. Certain repairs or upgrades may be recommended and the owner shall be advised, and an authorization to proceed shall be obtained prior to any additional work-taking place.

5. The Client hereby acknowledges that Joe’s Computer Repair shall NOT be held liable for future defects in parts or material provided and that only the labor is warranted. The only warranty on parts and materials shall be that which is passed on to the Client by the parts or materials manufacturer. Shall warranted parts or materials fail, Joes’s Computer Repair shall install new parts free of charge.
