Control fans with p35-ds3L

I have that motherboard, and I want to control my fans with it. I figured out how to plug them in but can't figure the rest out lol. They do spin when my computer is on, but really loudly. I want to slow them down.
 
I think that board only controls fans through PWM, or the 4-pin CPU fan connectors (not molex). I've looked around the bios a few times and didn't find any normal controllers.
 
So not through the 3 pin connectors (are those pwm)?

Can speedfan control them via the 3 pin connector?
 
PWM uses 4 pins (looks like a normal 3 pin connector, but has 4 pins. And as for speedfan, you can try, but I doubt it'll work.
