control panel?

I have messed around some configurations and I decided to switch Control panel into classical view .But now i cant change back.I dont see the blue bar at the left hand corner anymore , its just a page full of programs .I dont know whta could have caused it .plz help?

have you tried Start >> Control Panel >> Folder Options

Too be a bit more helpful and specific, click on the tools menu in the control panel and select folder options. On the first tab (general), select (show common tasks in folders). This will give you the blue sidebar back, where you can choose to go back to category view, however, I think that classic view is much more funtional.
