Convert Avi to Flash Swf

I have use a website were i can put up flash videos on the page, and this is fun and all using videos already used on the internet, but i would like to know how to convert my digital camera videos, which go to .avi

I am trying to download a converter, but i can only find flash to avi converters, and they dont reverse, and i am also using a mac, so any software that might help is for windows only

I also have flash mx and macromedia movie maker on my home pc, can i import the videos here and they will turn immediately to flash or how do i go about this??

Any advice welcomed
 
Just so you know, flash and standard AVIs run in totally different ways. So, don't expect the video to be very good quiality or a decent file size

Well first link was Video to Flash Converter Pro. It's one of the good converters as far as I know. So I didn't try to find more soft. :)

I've seen screenshots of this tool. I guess it's very simple to use...

Tell the truth I've already loaded trial version (forgot to say. It costs - 99 $). :P I always wanted import my video to WEB.
