Converting Dvd To Avi

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone knows of a good program to convert DVD's To Avi Files.

Dvd Movies i own Buddy. i Want them on my computer as .AVI files, not the .vob's

Yeah i have dvd's too, but OWN it or NOT OWN it is AGAINST the forum rules
