Converting pdf to jpeg

I need to convert a pdf file to a jpeg, but I do not have Adobe. Any suggestions?

If you are running Windows 10, they have a few apps that will change pdf to jpeg in the app store.

If you want a good "free" PDF Editor, try Xodo. It is also in the store. And here is the web page for it to. https://www.xodo.com/. I have been looking for a pdf editor for some while and I came across this one a few months back.
