Converting to DVD format

I need to convert my DAT FILE to a DVD format ... is there any program u guy recommend ? .. i try some before but it dont seem to be as good as a DVD quaility and the resoultion seem like its for wide screen monitor .. and that isnt what im looking for

which version of it ? i got a copy of nero when i purchase my CD RW

nero vision express is the tool to author DVD's (not nero express)

Its pretty simple to use and should do everything you need
