Converting to mp4

Hello everyone. I desperately need to know how I can convert mp2 files(Avi, mpeg etc) to mp4?

Do I need a special program? If yes then where can I get it? Can I downlaod it or do I have to buy it? If buying a copy is required which one to buy?

I heard something about Qweas, but I dont exactly know what it is, nor do I know very well what to do.

use psp video 9, it can convert to mp4. Just go to settings and select what level of quality you want.

You can find psp video 9 by searching google.

well, if it's for an ipod, then you can use http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ for converting videos to mp4 and it works for me.... hope that helps
