Cool logos and things...

My friend has an alienware pc and his toolbars and internet headings are all decked out with alienware logos and stuff. I was wondering if there was like a website or something that I could use to install these cool "vinyls" for my PC, to free myself of the boring old blue start-up toolbar. If u don't know wut the heck I'm talking about i'll understand.
 
you can use windowblinds to change your window GUI, but i think those alienware themes are alienware computers only. i dont think you will be able to get the exact ones.

i have seen an alienware GUI in the post your desktop thread.
 
download a copy of Window blinds
you have to pay for the full version but they do a free one
then u can have your desktop looking exactly how you want it

You need the windows blinds software to run them
Still its a cool proggy and if you buy the big package thing to can do your own icons, themes etc and its only taking up 347k of my RAM
 
Ahhh ok didn't think about that.. it would be pretty cool to have a custom look... but I'm a kid and I need to get ready for AM2 :D
 
Socket 940 CPU's and the compatibility of DDR2 for AMD. Also a new line of CPU's... ahhhh, Windsor X2 5000+ :D

i only built this pc (see specs below) 2 years ago and wasnt up to speed then so that stuff you just said went so far over my head it was closer to the moon than to me...:D
 
Haha it's ok dude. The computer in my sig is not really my computer, my current PC is pretty old. I was going to get it until I heard about AM2.
Here is some math dude...
AM2 + new stuff = very happy computer nerds:D

To be honest even if she had they would have been rubbish to her
I can get 204fps......



......but it looks like Doom 1 lol
For it to run anywhere near the gfx of HL2 I only get like 12fps and on the games recommended settings for my PC i get like 4fps...I need to upgrade lol
 
You know you could buy a pretty decent machine for 1,000... but you have to build it yourself though. It's actually a lot of fun.

wifes 7 months preggers so comps on hold for a while
and i know building them is fun...i built this one
 
i don't like how you have to pay for these, they are not that important to me, I just thought it would be a cool way to customize from the boring windows format. But thanks anyways.

the free version lets you change that bottom bar if thats all you want

press the edit button in the bottom right of the message then press the button that says delete which is again in the bottom left.
