Cooler Master Aquagate not working!

Now, I am going to skip the full story and give the vitals. I got the GeForce 7950 GX2 and the CPU overheated. Replaced the PSU with a better one and it still overheats. I think that either the liquid in the cooling system (Cooler Master Aquagate Mini) evaporated. Any help on this problem would be appreciated. (By the way, there were no signs of leakage, I'm not stupid enough to not see my graphics card soaked.)

Vitals: (I think may be related)
AMD 4400 X2
630W Raidmax PSU
GeForce 7950 GX2
Biostar NForce 4 SLI Ultra

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant the CPU cooling system, not for the GPU. Now that I mention it, I don't know why I mentioned it. Guess I was kinda showin' off.

When you refer to the "computer" are you talking about the CPU?

Did you correctly apply thermal paste?

you have to replace the coolant. The same thing happend to me lastweek and i just bought a ZALMAN 9700 off of new egg for $40. Itll save you the trouble of having to take your Aquagate out of the system every 3 months. I highly suggest not using Aquagate.
