Cooler size

So I'm finalizing my new Bulldozer build, and I'm concerned about my CPU cooler. I'm worried its not going to fit with my RAM's huge heat spreaders.

Here's my (Future) MoBo:

I want to buy an aftermarket cooler, but I'm not sure what can fit and what can't. I don't want to order a cooler, and then find out that it doesn't fit because of the tall RAM. Any sizes I should look out for?

And a question on the RAM heat spreaders. Are they recommended? I'm not going to overclock them, I'm just going to be using them at the stock voltages and stock speeds. Can I just take them off? (But I would rather not, because they do look badass...)

Ive owned the Hyper 212 and the Hyper TX3 ..for some reason im getting better temps with the TX3 with a 90mm fan vers the 212's 120 AND the TX3 IS WAY EASIER TO HOOKUP!! Clip and Done.and Im using Sme Ram you have listed and no problem with the tx3 on my Pre BullDozer Build

Very nice! That was one of my choices so I think I'll go for that one. I also got a fan on the other side of the MoBo on my case so hopefully I'll get excellent temps.
