Cooling Concerns

So my first build is together, as of now I am just running stock fans from my case, and the stock cooling on my phenom II x4 BE. I know people say that stock fan on that phenom is loud, and it is a little, but I'm more concerned with my cooling.

it came with 2 120mm fans, which do not seem very impressive, and it total the case has 3 more slots for fans, but I'm not sure whether or not I should put a fan in the bottom slot.

I ordered 3 of these, well 1 is white LED but same fan I think:

And for now I guess I plan on keeping the stock phenom II x4 cooling, I don't overclock, at least not for now, I'm assuming if I were to overclock my cpu (probably never will) I should upgrade the cpu cooler, and if I were to overclock other things, I should upgrade a few fans, but for now, assuming I am not overclocking and I put those fans around, my concern is whether or not I should be worried about cooling on the cpu and in general.

I have only tried playing CS source, and the fan on the cpu seems to get going pretty loud. I'm not sure how to measure the temp, but I tried touching the side of the cpu heat sinc and it is hot such that I would almost take my finger off, but am able to keep in on. The case doesn't seem too hot, and I think once I get those fans in there the case overall will be ok. I was thinking the two top fans blowing air out and the rest bringing air in? I'm new to this is that reasonable?

Anyway, my other main concern is while it is loud, will that stock cpu cooler on the phenom II x4 BE do the job cooling my cpu, or should I be worried about heat problems. I am on a budget, but if I need to do so to prevent damaging something, I could spring for a cooler with a good value.

I am not sure if you cpu fan loud, may be your video card?
Program like speedfan will tell you the temp. of cpu

okay i can see one problem with the situation, your going to make your computer even louder adding those fans, espically without a controller, so you can keep those fans, and add this fan speed controller, and quiet yourself down; lived without fan controllers for so long, when i put one in my case, and actually turned it down, i was shocked, i didnt even know if my fans were turning on :x

may look pricey now but your ears will thank you later...

and yes, speedfan is valuable in tracking your temps, i keep it in the tray at all times

thanks, noted, but assuming noise is not my issue I am looking for advice. Unless running all those fans on high constantly could actually make more heat somehow.

edit: I'm on a budget, so I am willing to pay for performance much more than I am noise. I'm on the top floor next to the busiest part of down town at Penn State. If I can't sleep because of computer fans, then either everyone at Canyon pizza passed out somehow, or I am not drunk enough. I just want to protect my parts from breaking, and when I graduate or get more money or something else, I will worry about noise.

That being said, will the setup with the three fans I ordered and the 2 in my case and the stock phenom cooler without overclocking keep me safe from damaging computer parts? Is the top two blowing out and the rest blowing in a good config?

And I think it is my cpu fan, I can listen again, but alot of the reviews on it say it is loud so maybe I assumed too quickly?
