Cooling help

My desktop system is getting hotter than usual. I have 4 fans in my system:

The exhaust fan is in the top right part of the case (remember this is a desktop system so its up the back, not top) and blows air out of the case. The PSU is just on the left of it and blowing warm (usually) air into the exhaust which takes it out of the case. The CPU fan is in the middle and is sucking air from nowhere. The GPU fan is sucking air from the left side of the case where some ventilation holes are.

my cpu temp has starting going up about 5C more while idle, and my HDD is starting to get around 45C, too hot for my liking. The GPU is fine. I have no intake fans and it's starting to get a bit dusty in the case, mainly on the GPU and CPU fans.

Any ideas to help with cooling down? Should i get an intake fan?

Dismantle your computer and clean all components.
the 5C that you CPU is warming too much are due to the dust.
I have the same problem, when I just cleaned my computer, I get 40C while idle. after 1-2 month, the temp get up to 45-50C while idle. When I see it, I know that it's time to clean up ^^

better get the vacuum cleaner out then...

EDIT: When i cold boot my cpu temp is 22C, with a stock intel cooler.
