CoolIt Eliminator vs. Water Cooling Kits

I'm wondering whether buying a Eliminator be better than buying a Water cooling kit that cost about the same, more or less.

Eliminator: $143.03
Water Cooling Kit: <$143.03

What should I choose?
 
It really Depends on what your going too be cooling?

If your going to be cooling a hard core computer thats producing alot of heat, i would go for Water Cooling.

But at your own Risk. Water + Electronics = Failure

I'll be cooling my future computer's CPU, which will be something like E6600 or Q6600.

But isn't the Eliminator's TEC cooling lot better than just normal water cooling kit for a price? Because it's kind of hard to find a water cooling kit that is under about $143 and good as Eliminator :confused:
