Hey everybody, i have a question. See i have a beatles collection on my computer, but today i download the whole discography. I know i have multple copies of some songs. Is there a program that can make sure there is only 1 copy of a file on the computer? btw, i running 7 32 bit.

but you could delete your all you Beatles and then redownload the other one

Should be a way to sort by song and then delete duplicates.

if your using explorer can't you sort by name. I know i have had songs same but slightly different names. I had to sort by size. i would say that would be a good indication of same. I also know and came across some freeware this morning for duplicate file finding. i will see if i can find the link. i think pcworld has some decent freeware if searching multiple directories.

Sorting by Date Modified would be a better choice.

Are all the songs in the same folder or are they all over the place?
