Copy existing HDD to a pair of RAIDed HDD?

What I am doing is copying my 250GB drive to a pair of 500 GB drives set up to Mirror RAID. I have never used RAID before, I decided to set it up when I though my old HDD died.
I found this program via google and wanted to make sure that I can copy my 250 to a pair of RAIDed 500s, or if there's a special process I need to go through.
 
The RAID controller/driver should take care of everything, as far as the program is concerned your drives should look like a single hard drive.
