I have desk top computer (SO) has tons of files pictures programs like poser and graphics. multiple files. I cannot use the computer every time i try to do some thing I get error message program not respond. This is not a new problem it has been going on for years. For example I just tried free trial verson of Nero Burning rom and Ashampoo 10. (I want to burn applications onto dvd ) But I get Ashampoo is not responding or Nero burner is not resonding. I get the message up every single time i do somthing. I go on line try to repair registry files defragment, nothing workds. My computer is Vista (crap asfar as I can tell) I want to do a clean installation of windows 7 ultimet but I can't because so wont copy files. I could try to do some but these programs have pass words and I don't now them. All I do day in and out is try to figure out my programs / never respond. No one will help me. They say that i need to learning for my self. These issues have been going on for years and not just with so. The only thing I can do is email and word, spreed sheets etc. Often I cannot even download anything because because error message will come up saying this or that program is not responding. in researching this today I saw a program call Clonzilla. I thought this might be a way I can get all of his crap off my computer so i can install windows 7 so that I can install something but I cant because you have to down load and burning on to ISO files and nothing will respond. Excuse me for venting but when I say will any please copy your copy everything on the computer so that I can put on windows the only response i get is, I can't get to the computer because you are always on it. (trying to figure out how to get something to respond.
How can i just copy everying thing on the computer to the internet or external hard drive (including files etc. that require a pass word)
I believe with a clean installations of windows 7 will give me an error free computer that will allow me to do the simplest of things like burn a cd uising a program like ashampoo. If possible I would like to do it today. I want to burn a dvd. ( i have been up night and day I never can learn how to use the tools because nothing responds. so after a month of trying to download ffrom demonoid and burn to a dvd I have nothing to show fore except I look like crap for loss of sleep.
Excuse my ranting please but can someone suggest something to me that isn't going to cost much I don't have the resourse to buy more computer stuff that isn't going to respond.
