copying partition?

Hey guys, i just got my raptor HDD and I want to have everything including OS onto it without reinstalling everything. Is there a way I can copy my partition from my old one into the raptor

norton ghost or acronis trueimage can make a full backup of everything on your hdd, then when you swap it out, you can boot with the acronis/norton recovery disk, and copy everything back to a new hard drive from an external one.
